Cucur Labu / Pumpkin Snack Cake
This morning i had cucur labu goreng.. (cooked pumpkin mashed with flour and sugar, deep fry it) It's so tender inside, slightly hard outside and the taste.. the best of any other cucur in the world. (Malaysian loves all kind of fried snack.. potato, banana, sweet potato, cassava even durian) I only notice my father loves it so much after 30 years. Unfortunately i'm the only person in the family who makes the best batter.. and it seems like nobody would ever make it even if i'm not around. Wonder if i could make some cash, set a stall right at the end of the street and sell hot fried pumpkin cake...
