Spicy & Sour, Salted Red Snapper

Never tasted Spicy & Sour Salted Red Snapper before. Since i have a dried salted red snapper in the fridge i decided..why not! To cook dried fish is tricky, what else when its salted. Saute sliced red onion & mixed spice. Then pour in blended dried chili, red onions, garlic, turmeric, ginger, belacan (prawn paste). Let it cook for about 10 minutes. Add in tamarind juice, lemongrass, bunga kantan (ginger flower), lemon grass & salted red snapper. There you have a lovely dish that taste spicy, sour, salty and yummy!!... Enjoy!
